Winter in the Medium Woods
This is our fourth winter here. We have had quite the learning curve, and we still don't have it figured out. We moved into this house in January of 2008, and there was no snow on the ground. This gave us a little bit of false hope. First thing we managed to do was get the truck stuck. That warm january weather also meant the ground was nice and muddy.
But by the time we started to put in the wood burning stove a few weeks later we had plenty of snow.
For snowshoeing
Skiing
And lots and lots of plowing...
The house we fell in love with was giving us all kinds of adventures!
